Autorent M.C operates from four offices across Cyprus: Nicosia (headquarters, open 9am–6pm weekdays, 9am–1pm Saturday), Larnaca Airport (24/7), Limassol (9am–5:30pm weekdays, 9am–12:30pm Saturday) and Paphos Airport (24/7). The company rents cars, vans and minibuses, maintaining a fleet of over 1,000 vehicles described as constantly renewed. Pickup and drop-off can be arranged at any office, with free transport provided from Larnaca and Paphos airports. One-way rentals to different locations incur a €40 fee; delivery and collection outside office hours costs €25 for locations within 15km of an office.

Rental terms require the main driver to be aged 19–75 with a valid driving licence held for at least one year, a passport or identity card, and a credit or debit card in the driver's name for the deposit block. Drivers aged 21–75 with a licence valid for over two years pay no driver fee; other ages incur €7.50 daily. Third-party insurance and Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) are included in the rental price, with excess deposits of €800–€2,000 depending on vehicle group; optional Supplementary CDW, Excess Reduction Cover and Theft Protection can be purchased at pick-up. Additional drivers cost €4.50 daily. Fuel policy is full-to-full; missing fuel incurs a €20 penalty. Short-term rentals include unlimited mileage; long-term rentals allow 15,000km yearly or prorated by month. Cancellations up to 30 minutes before pick-up receive a full refund on fully prepaid bookings.
