Their rental inventory includes electric hospital beds with functions such as height adjustment, sitting position, and leg elevation, wheelchairs, patient lifting equipment, walkers, and bathroom safety aids. Products are sourced from Western and Northern European manufacturers and are available as new, like-new, or used stock.

To rent equipment, customers pay a deposit equal to the product's sale price; the rental fee is deducted from this deposit amount. Once rental is no longer needed, the remaining deposit is refunded on a monthly basis after the equipment is returned to their facility. If the deposit runs out, additional rental costs of 10,000–13,000 forints per month are billed. The company offers nationwide delivery within 2–3 business days for a separate fee and can provide on-site assistance such as setup if needed. Equipment comes with a manufacturer warranty of 0–3 months depending on the product; repairs are available beyond the warranty period. The showroom is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
