BYKO Leiga operates rental services from five physical locations in Iceland: Breidd and Grandi in the Reykjavík area, Selhellu 1 in Hafnarfjörður, Akureyri, and Suðurnes. The company offers small tools, larger machinery, work platforms and pallet trucks, work site fencing, and specialized equipment such as Encomat lifts and concrete formwork from certain locations. Concrete formwork and pallet systems are available only through the Selhellu 1 location.

Customers can pick up and return rental items at any BYKO Leiga location. A security deposit is required at the time of rental unless the customer has an account with BYKO's invoice payment system, which is free to set up. Customers may extend rental periods by phone. Staff may request identification such as a driver's license or passport when renting equipment. Most locations are open weekdays 08:00–18:00 with reduced weekend hours; Selhellu 1 is open weekdays only. A damage waiver is available as optional insurance and is recommended given potential repair costs, though it does not cover wear items such as drill bits or saw blades or stolen equipment. Cleaning charges apply if equipment is returned dirty, and wear charges are calculated by measuring blade or bit wear in millimetres.
