Call a Bike Germany

Call a Bike is Deutsche Bahns dockless bike sharing in 80+ German cities with 13000+ bikes including all major German metros.

DB Call a Bike is the bike-sharing offering of Deutsche Bahn, Germany's national railway. Users locate available bikes and docking stations through the Call a Bike mobile app, unlock bikes by scanning a QR code, and return them to any Call a Bike station. The service operates across multiple German cities including Berlin, Munich, Cologne, Frankfurt am Main, Darmstadt, and Offenbach, with additional services under regional names: StadtRAD in Hamburg and Lüneburg, and RegioRadStuttgart in Stuttgart and surrounding municipalities. Bikes are also available at select ICE train stations.

Renting works on flexible pay-per-ride or membership subscription basis. A Member membership is available for casual users, while Member Plus suits regular weekly riders. Users can pause and resume rides mid-trip, though pause time counts toward the total fare. DB Navigator integration allows booking directly through Deutsche Bahn's main app. Discounts are available for BahnCard and BahnBonus members, and riders can accumulate points through the BahnBonus loyalty program or collect kilometers through the DB Rad+ app.
