Booking works through a three-step online process: select dates and locations, provide personal information and pay a 15 percent deposit to confirm the reservation, then complete payment via a secure gateway. The quoted price includes unlimited mileage for motorhomes, CDW insurance, bed linen for campers, local taxes, and 24/7 breakdown service. Fuel, additional insurance, extra drivers, and kitchenware are not included. Pickup and return times are restricted depending on vehicle type. The company requires a valid passport or ID, original driver's license held for at least one year, and a valid credit card at collection.
