Campingparken

Camping Parken, based in Herning, Jylland, operates a fleet of eight new Sunlight autocampervans and motorhomes (campervans for 2 persons, motorhomes for 4) available for weekly rental from mid-April through November. Vehicles are automatic with assigned seating and sleeping berths for their capacity. Rental is available to drivers aged 25 and over with a category B driving licence.

Rental rates are fixed by season: DKK 8,500 per week during shoulder weeks (14–25, 35–44) and DKK 12,000 per week during summer weeks (26–34). A deposit of DKK 7,000 is required at booking and refunded within 30 days of return if the vehicle is undamaged and clean. Included in the rental price are full equipment packages for up to 4 persons, gas (minimum 15 kg), comprehensive and roadside assistance insurance (with a damage excess), and a weekly mileage allowance of 2,000 km; excess mileage costs DKK 2.75 per km.

Vehicles are collected and returned in Herning (Tjelevej 10–12, 7400 Herning) with pickup after 13:00 and shift days on Thursday or Friday. All autocampervans carry Danish number plates, permitting unrestricted travel within Denmark and across European borders. Renters provide their own bedding and personal items. Long-term rentals beyond 4 weeks are available by arrangement. Pets are not permitted.
