Rentals include unlimited mileage, full insurance with zero excess and no security deposit, VAT, local taxes, and 24-hour road assistance. The company accepts credit and debit cards, cash, and mobile payments. Bookings are made online; customers provide personal details and flight or boat information, then receive a printable voucher by email. Drivers must hold a valid license for at least 2 years—EU, US, UK, Swiss, Australian, Canadian, Israeli, Russian, and Ukrainian licenses are accepted; others require an International Driving License.
