All properties are personally inspected and range from secluded stone cottages to grand seafront estates with private pools; apartments are also available as a more compact alternative, often in central coastal locations.

Rentals include exclusive use of the entire property, with most villas offering bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, garden and pool. Linen, towels and a welcome clean are typically included; additional services such as daily housekeeping, private chef, caretaker on call and airport transfers are available at some properties. The minimum rental period is usually seven nights during peak summer season with Saturday to Saturday changeover standard, though shorter stays of three to five nights are offered in shoulder season (May, June, September, October).
