Items can be delivered anywhere in the country or collected from their headquarters in Kunice or other service locations by arrangement. The minimum rental period is two weeks, with a monthly rental discount available. A returnable deposit (kaution) is required for each rental and must be paid in cash initially; extensions can be paid by bank transfer. Delivery costs are 200 Kč for distances up to 15 km, then 12 Kč per km beyond that.
