Dollar Car Rental operates a car rental network across seven European countries: Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Belgium. In Germany alone, the company maintains rental locations at major airports including Frankfurt, Munich, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, and Berlin, as well as in numerous cities. The rental fleet includes vehicle categories from mini and compact cars to economy and intermediate classes, with electric vehicles also available. Rentals are available on daily, weekly, or monthly bases.

To rent from Dollar, customers must provide a valid driving licence held for at least one year, a valid passport or ID card, and a credit card in their own name. The minimum rental age is generally 25 years, though younger drivers may be able to rent with a surcharge. Payment is by credit card only. Vehicles are provided with a full fuel tank and must be returned full; customers can purchase fuel in advance at rental rates. Booking modifications are permitted, and advance bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to two days before the pickup date. Late returns may incur an additional day's charge.
