Enterprise Romania operates car rental services across Romania from branches in Bucharest, Cluj Napoca, Iași, Târgu Mureș, Suceava, Timișoara, Sibiu, Constanța, Craiova, Bacău, Brașov, and Oradea. The company offers economy, compact, intermediate, wagon, compact SUV, full SUV, and van-class vehicles for both short and long-term rental. Pickups and returns are available at airports and railway stations in addition to standard branch locations.

To rent, customers need a valid identity document (passport or ID card), a driving license held for at least one year, and a credit card embossed in their name. The minimum rental age is 21 (drivers aged 21–24 are charged an additional daily young driver fee of 3.57 EUR); the maximum is 75. Security deposits range from 300 EUR for small/economy vehicles to 1,000 EUR for full-size SUVs. Rentals require a minimum of 24 hours; long-term rentals are available from one month. A 59-minute grace period applies to late returns; exceeding it incurs a full additional day's charge.

Customers can return vehicles to a different Enterprise location for rentals of at least three days, with transfer fees ranging from 59.50 EUR to 178.50 EUR depending on the route. Fuel can be prepaid for a full tank, returned empty, or returned at the same level as pickup. The company offers contactless rental and maintains a fleet under a 'Standard of Care' hygiene and maintenance protocol. Long-term rental programs and business solutions including mini-lease are available.
