The monthly subscription rate includes comprehensive coverage: vehicle insurance with maximum deductibles of 750 euros for partial damage and 1,500 euros for full damage, annual vehicle tax, scheduled maintenance and inspections, tire changes, and authorization for international travel. Subscribers pay only for fuel or electricity themselves. A one-time delivery fee of 299 euros applies to initial bookings; subsequent renewals waive this fee. Alternatively, customers can pick up vehicles from FINN stations. Cars are delivered in "like-new" condition and can be returned via home pickup or station return.

Eligibility requires a registered German address, minimum age of 20 (with power restrictions for drivers under 23), a valid EU driving license valid throughout the contract period, and successful credit verification. Additional drivers from the same household can be registered at no extra cost, though age and license validity restrictions apply. Prices range from approximately 149 to 509 euros monthly depending on vehicle selection. The company also offers fleet solutions under "Auto Abo Gewerbe" for business customers.
