Flex Luxembourg
Flex is Luxembourgs national car-sharing service operating at Luxembourg Airport and across the country.
FLEX is a station-based car-sharing service available across Luxembourg with more than 110 stations nationwide. Users reserve and access vehicles through the FLEX mobile application, available on iOS and Android. The fleet includes city cars, vans, and electric vehicles. Rental is charged by the hour or day, with fuel and electricity included in the cost. The service operates 24 hours a day. Members choose from three subscription tiers: Basic (free monthly membership with pay-per-use pricing), Basic+ (€10 per month with reduced deductible), or Gold (€15 per month with reduced rates and maximum coverage). No long-term contract or leasing commitment is required. To join, users need a valid driving license and credit card, then register via the mobile app. The service is operated by CFL Mobility and had approximately 26,000 to 27,000 registered members as of 2025.
