GCA Rent a Car operates in Cluj-Napoca and surrounding regions in Romania, renting a fleet that includes economy cars (Dacia Logan, Ford Fiesta, Seat Ibiza), automatic models (Seat Leon, Volkswagen Golf 7, Ford Focus), SUVs (Dacia Duster 4x4, Audi Q5, Volvo XC60), 7-seat vehicles (Volkswagen Touran), and a Ford Transit Custom microbus with 8+1 seats. Starting rates range from €13 for economy cars to €40 for the microbus. Pickup and drop-off are available at Strada Constanța nr. 10 in Cluj city centre or at Cluj Airport (Avram Iancu International Airport), with additional delivery to other locations possible by request. For rentals of four days or longer, unlimited kilometres within Romania are included automatically; for shorter rentals (1–3 days), unlimited kilometres can be added for €50. For rental periods under four days, a kilometre limit applies as specified in the contract.

Rental requires a valid driving licence and ID or passport in original, with drivers aged at least 18 and holding a licence for a minimum of one year. Payment is accepted in cash, by card, or bank transfer, with deposit and insurance terms available including a zero-guarantee option through Full Casco/SCDW protection for eligible bookings, and non-credit-card rental options available on request. A second driver can be added to the contract for €50, provided they meet the same age and experience requirements. Vehicles are returned with a full fuel tank. Fuel costs for shortfalls, late returns, or other charges are defined in the general terms. Rentals can be extended subject to vehicle availability. Travel outside Romania requires prior written approval from GCA, and the unlimited-kilometres option does not apply to international travel. Optional child seats are available at additional cost, subject to availability.
