Haven operates 38 self-catering holiday parks at coastal destinations across the UK, including sites in Blackpool, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Essex, Kent, the Lake District, Lincolnshire, Norfolk, Northumberland, North and South Wales, Scotland, Somerset, Sussex and Yorkshire. Accommodation types include caravans, lodges, apartments, chalets, beach houses and glamping, with facilities varying by park. All holiday bookings include access to heated indoor pools, on-site entertainment, a Play Pass for swimming and activities, and on-park restaurants. The company also offers touring and camping pitches at selected parks.

Haven's standard holiday package is self-catering, with accommodation grades ranging from basic caravans to luxury lodges. Guests receive a Play Pass providing access to free entertainment, complimentary swimming slots, and a selection of free and paid activities subject to availability. The company operates what it calls "Haven Hideaway" breaks, a lighter package that includes only the caravan and restaurant access, allowing guests to use the park as a base for exploring the area.

Bookings can be made through the website with a £30 deposit option if booking at least 10 weeks in advance, with the balance spread. Haven offers a Flexi Plan for greater flexibility to amend or cancel bookings. Prices start from £49 for four-night stays at selected parks in lower seasons.
