Just Sardinia

Just Sardinia offers two types of villa holiday rentals in Sardinia. Private villas with pools are furnished and equipped as standalone homes in secluded locations, including properties such as Villa L'Arco, Villa Ulivo, and Villa Santa Barbara. The company also offers villa apartments, which vary in size and location but include access to hotel facilities such as 24-hour reception, swimming pools, restaurants, bars, and children's clubs; these include Borgo Smeraldo Villas, Cala di Falco Villas, Torreruja Villas, Villas at L'Ea Bianca Luxury Resort, and Forte Village Villas.

Villas are located across different regions of Sardinia: North West and Alghero (including Alghero and Isola Rossa), North East and Costa Smeralda (including Bassacutena, Cannigione, Baia Sardinia, and San Pantaleo), and South Sardinia (including Santa Margherita Di Pula). Standard self-catering facilities include a fridge, hob, sink, storage, crockery, and utensils, though not all properties have kettles, toasters, microwaves, or ovens. Cleaning and linen are changed weekly, with additional cleaning available for an extra charge if arranged in advance.

The company provides resort representatives at destination who meet guests on arrival or contact them by telephone or text. Representatives offer local knowledge and can assist with accommodation information, local recommendations, activities, excursions, and restaurant suggestions.
