The company operates rental desks at Athens city centre, Athens International Airport, and serves other destinations including Thessaloniki and Piraeus port, with one-way rental available between these locations at fixed fees ranging from €15 to €500.

The company rents cars across multiple categories from economy (Category A, B, C) to larger vehicles (Categories D, E, F, H and others). Rental periods start at a minimum of one day (24 hours), with a 100 km minimum distance per day for daily rentals; mileage becomes unlimited for rentals of three or more days. Standard rental rates include local taxes, VAT, roadside assistance, third-party liability insurance, and collision damage waiver (CDW) with deductibles ranging from €800 to €1,600 depending on vehicle category. Optional coverage includes Super CDW and Full CDW insurance with reduced deductibles, GPS navigation (€10/day for rentals under 5 days, €5/day thereafter), snow chains, child safety seats, and additional driver cover.

Drivers must be minimum age 23 with a valid EU or international driving licence held for at least one year. Payment is accepted via VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and Diners Club. The company offers two booking types: "Pay Now" reservations are non-refundable, while "Pay on Counter" bookings require a 15% prepayment held on the customer's card, with full refunds if cancelled three or more days before arrival. Cancellations within three days are subject to the 15% prepayment as a penalty. Pets are permitted only in their own transport boxes.
