MobiCars offers car, van and minibus rental from more than 30 locations across Poland, including Warsaw and surrounding towns (Piaseczno, Pruszków, Piastów, Marki, Ząbki, Legionowo, Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, Serock), Wrocław, Kraków, Katowice, Gdańsk, Poznań, Kielce, Lublin, Łódź, Radom and Toruń. Pick-up and drop-off are available at airports (Warsaw Chopin, Modlin, Wrocław-Strachowice, Kraków Balice, Poznań Ławica, Rzeszów Jasionka, Łódź Reymonta), railway and bus stations in Warsaw, metro stations, and custom addresses in Warsaw, Legionowo, Wrocław and Kraków. The company rents vehicles for short-term periods (hours to weeks) or longer terms (weeks to several months). Customers must be at least 21 years old with at least one year of driving experience. Reservation is made online, specifying vehicle type, rental dates and location, and can take around one minute. The company does not charge security deposits for Polish residents with Polish citizenship or non-citizens with a residence card. Rental terms include no mileage limits. Additional services available include damage protection for bodywork, tyres, wheels and glass, full-damage cover, theft protection, car replacement and accessories such as child car seats, GPS navigation (Navitel), high-visibility vests and car cleaning. Payment is cashless only, made through online booking via Tpay, VIVA, Visa card or Blik, with the option to pay the remaining balance by card during vehicle collection or online later. Pick-up and drop-off procedures typically take 20–30 minutes and 5 minutes respectively, with an electronic vehicle handover protocol signed in the company's presence. Cross-border travel requires prior approval and an additional fee, and may be subject to mileage limits depending on the rental plan.
