Myndabox is a photobooth rental company based in Reykjavík that specializes in providing photo booth equipment for events such as weddings, confirmations, birthdays, corporate functions, and celebrations. The company offers three main rental tiers: a basic photobooth with a DSLR Canon camera and studio lighting starting at 44,900 ISK; a package with the booth and a 2.4×2.4 meter backdrop from over 40 design options at 48,900 ISK; and a premium package including a photo printer with 100 prints at 56,900 ISK. Additional print quotas can be purchased in increments of 50 images at 3,000 ISK each, up to 400 total prints.

Setup and takedown are included in the rental price and typically take 30 minutes and 10–15 minutes respectively. The company handles the technical installation and testing of the equipment. Renters receive all photographs via email within 24 hours of the event, with the option to display images in real-time on a screen during the event. The rental period is standard at one day, though longer terms can be negotiated. Myndabox delivers to locations across Iceland, including rural areas, with weekend rentals during the February–May confirmation season incurring additional charges.

Payment options include cash at setup or takedown, bank transfer after the event, or a bank payment request due on the event date with a seven-day payment window. Cancellations require 48 hours' notice to avoid payment. The company requires renters to accept full responsibility for any damage, loss, or misuse of the equipment and photographs after delivery. Myndabox also offers optional add-ons such as beer pong tables and audio guestbook equipment, and provides custom branding and logo integration on prints for corporate clients.
