Oscar operates a network of over 130 car rental locations across Denmark, serving both individual and business customers. Cars start from 249 DKK per day, vans from 269 DKK per day, moving lorries from 599 DKK per day, and minibuses from 699 DKK per day, with 100 free kilometres included daily.

The company operates a day-to-day rental system allowing bookings from one day up to one month. For longer periods, Oscar offers long-term rental at special rates and a car subscription service lasting one month or more. The booking process is conducted online: customers search for vehicles by location, dates and type, then add optional extras including additional kilometres, insurance, extra drivers and accessories before paying online and collecting the vehicle from the chosen branch. All vehicles must be returned to the same location where they were collected.

Oscar requires a driving licence and has different deposit amounts depending on driver age, though no young driver fee is charged for customers under 25.
