For planned trips, clients send a brief describing travel dates, group size, budget band, and priorities. Alex replies within 48 hours with whether the service fits, then proposes a scope and fee. Planning fees start at €500 and are agreed in writing before work begins. The delivered plan includes a shortlist of villa bases with trade-offs explained, a practical day-by-day itinerary, and clarity on who handles each booking and payment. Alex arranges some experiences (tastings, drivers, cooking classes) directly with suppliers; villa bookings and other services go through named partners, and booking fees are disclosed separately. The company was acquired and relaunched in 2024, so is new under current ownership.
