Reservations can be completed online in approximately three minutes. Customers enter their details and payment information, then choose between full online payment or partial payment options. Upon confirmation, a voucher containing rental details is sent by email. The site indicates that Pepecar partners with numerous rental companies including Avis, Europcar, Sixt, Enterprise, Firefly, Alamo, Hertz and many others. Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before pickup. However, the website contains a prominent notice stating that "Pepecar ya no opera el alquiler por días" (Pepecar no longer operates daily car rental), and that its daily rental service has been transferred to a partner, Caetano Mobility, which offers flexible rentals from 1 to 36 months with inclusive insurance, maintenance and 24/7 assistance. Existing Pepecar reservations continue to be managed by their support team.
