Raylo offers a subscription rental service for a range of technology products including iPhones, Samsung phones, Google Pixels, MacBooks, iPads, PlayStation 5 consoles, Apple Watches, headphones, monitors, and home appliances. Customers select a device and subscription term (typically 6–36 months), pay a fixed monthly price, and receive free next-day DPD delivery. All phones are SIM-free.
Once a subscription term ends, it automatically converts to month-to-month rolling payments. Customers can upgrade to a new device for free, continue paying monthly without upgrading, or return the device at any time without additional charge. The company offers a 14-day free returns window, includes lifetime warranty coverage, and provides optional insurance from £5.99 per month. Damage from wear and tear is covered, and fair fees apply only if a device cannot be returned.
Raylo operates from its head office in the City of London and is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA reference 841488) for consumer hire agreements. The service has over 250,000 subscribers and holds a B Corp certification. Both new and certified refurbished devices are available, with trade-in options at checkout.
