The facility operates continuously—24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Boxes are available in five sizes (S, M, L, XL, XXL) and can store jewellery, gold, documents, cash in any currency, data storage media, and other valuables up to 25 kg. Access is via automated terminals; standard processing takes no more than five minutes, with access time limited to seven minutes per visit (extendable). The system uses biometric fingerprint scanning and offers optional SMS notifications of all access attempts. Boxes are accessed through a fully automated system without staff assistance, with no cameras in the access area, ensuring anonymity. All contents are insured under an Allrisk policy with Lloyd's Insurance Company covering up to 2 billion CZK. The facility holds security class 10 (the highest rating), with vaults being fireproof, waterproof, and climate-controlled. Rental terms are flexible—customers can rent by the day, month, or year.
