Sixt operates a car rental business across three locations in the Czech Republic: Prague, Brno, and Ostrava, with branches at airports and main train stations. The rental fleet includes compact economy cars, standard vehicles, minibuses, vans (such as VW Crafter and Ford Transit), convertibles, and exclusive cars including the Aston Martin and Corvette. Daily rates start from 850 Kč for electric cars and 890 Kč for regular vehicles; vans rent from 1,200 Kč per day. Sixt offers both short-term and long-term rentals, with weekend deals available at three days for the price of two and unlimited kilometres. All vehicles are on average six months old.

The company provides online and telephone reservations, a Quick Check-in service, and a mobile application. Customers can open Sixt customer cards to access discounts and loyalty benefits. A vehicle can be picked up and returned at different locations. In Prague, Sixt also operates an autobazar (used car dealership) selling vehicles from its rental fleet and leasing contracts.

Beyond car rental, Sixt offers operational leasing (1–6 year terms for businesses), full-service leasing, fleet management, and a limousine service with driver for airport transfers, city tours, weddings, and events. The company operates globally in approximately 115 countries and nearly 4,000 locations worldwide, with booking available through its international system.
