The fleet includes over 120 company-owned vehicles ranging from city cars like the Toyota Aygo and Volkswagen Up to larger SUVs and minibuses, with around 400 additional vehicles available through partner networks. Customers can pick up and return at the same location or choose different branches, with relocation fees calculated for cross-city returns.

The rental process begins with online booking where customers select pickup and return dates, times, location, and vehicle type, with full transparency on pricing before submission. Wise Cars verifies availability and contacts customers with required documentation before confirming the reservation. At pickup, customers collect the vehicle at the specified airport or city location and must present original identification documents and driving license. The rental agreement applies a same-to-same fuel policy, meaning the vehicle must be returned with the fuel level noted at pickup.

Protection options are customizable and include a zero-deposit option for eligible vehicles and coverage levels. Premium Plus protection includes a complimentary additional driver, while other protection tiers charge extra for second drivers. Payment is accepted by debit card, credit card, or bank transfer but not cash. For EU travel, customers must request approval at least five working days ahead, with a 75 EUR fee covering the power of attorney and necessary documents. The company claims a 5.0 Google rating with over 10,000 completed reservations since 2018.
