WLC Rent a Car operates across 12 locations in Romania: Bucharest (including Otopeni and Baneasa airports), plus branches in Constanța, Craiova, Cluj, Târgu Mureș, Târgu-Jiu, Iași, Timișoara, Brașov, Sibiu, Suceava, and Bacău. The fleet includes over 700 vehicles ranging from economy cars like Dacia Sandero to premium options such as Audi A5 and Mercedes GLE, plus vans and minibuses with 7–9 seats. Rentals start from €18/day for short-term hires, with unlimited kilometers for rentals over three days.

Reservations are made online in three steps: select a vehicle category, enter rental details and dates, and confirm via email. Vehicles are collected from and returned to the same city's rental office or airport location; delivery to other addresses within Romania is available for a fee with 24 hours notice. The company offers 24/7 support and can arrange same-day delivery to airports. Customers can choose between rentals with a deposit (blocked on card, 0–2000 EUR depending on vehicle class) or a deposit-free package called "Responsabilitate 0" with zero financial liability in case of accident or vandalism, though this excludes wheel, tire, and glass damage.

All prices include RCA insurance, vignette, seasonal tyres, and roadside assistance. Fuel, road taxes beyond the vignette, parking fees, and fines remain the customer's responsibility. The company, founded in 2012, is part of WLC Group, which also operates vehicle service, sales, and parking facilities. Long-term rentals are available separately.
