Bookings are completed entirely online, and customers can reserve, pay and manage their rental through the website. The monthly rate decreases the longer the rental period, and users can return vehicles early without penalty or additional charges. All rentals include third-party and own-damage insurance (subject to an excess), roadside assistance, a replacement vehicle, and scheduled maintenance and servicing. For rentals of three months or longer, payment can be made by direct debit instead of requiring a credit card or deposit block. Customers can switch to a different vehicle within the same category at no extra cost, or upgrade to a higher category for a supplementary payment. The company also offers business rental solutions.
