INKI manages data security through Mobile Device Management systems including Apple DEP and Android Enterprise Zero-touch integration. Devices can be delivered and serviced anywhere in the EU, and customers access device management through INKI's web app for provisioning, returns, replacements, and support tickets.

INKI was founded in 2019 and operates across over 20 countries in Europe. The company's model is based on circular economy principles, with devices returned at the end of rental periods for refurbishment. INKI can also purchase existing device fleets from companies and offer them back as part of the rental service. The service is available to companies of all sizes and institutionally funded startups that pass a credit check.
