Madd Electronics offers IT equipment rental through two main schemes. For short-term rental (1 to 60 days), laptops cost 3–15 euros per day depending on rental length, complete PC systems with monitors cost 2–10 euros per day, all-in-one computers rent from 20–30 euros per two-day period, and multifunction printers cost 20–35 euros per week. Discounts of 10% apply for minimum 10 units and 25% for 20 or more. Long-term rental (3 to 12 months) starts at 50 euros per month per device, with three corporate packages available: m@dd long flexibil at 60 euros per month for one laptop and monitor; m@dd long starter at 250–300 euros per month for five laptops, Microsoft 365, printer, router, and support; and m@dd long advance at 450 euros per month for ten laptops, monitors, Microsoft 365, and expanded support. Long-term rental terms include a 1000-euro minimum contract value, 3% insurance cost, 5% administration fee payable once, and availability for registered legal entities and authorized individuals.

All rental equipment comes with Windows 10 or 11 licenses included. Short-term rentals do not incur management or insurance fees; items are invoiced at list value and the invoice is reversed upon return. For long-term rental, renters benefit from deductible lease payments, no impact on company financial standing, fixed rates in euros throughout the contract, free technical support and consultation, equipment upgrade options, and a 30% discount on purchase at contract end. The company offers free network configuration and printer installation support during long-term rentals, and can install Microsoft Office for 10 euros per device. Madd Electronics has over 1000 units available, including approximately 100 Dell Latitude professional laptops, 10 Alienware and XPS models, and 20 tablets.
