Locabox operates self-storage facilities at 28 locations throughout France, including Annemasse, Chambéry, Grenoble, Lyon, and Valence in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, plus centres in Brest, Chartres, Nancy, Troyes, Lens, Valenciennes, Bondoufle, St Thibault des Vignes, Caen, Arcachon, Bayonne, Biganos, Bordeaux, La Rochelle, Poitiers, Périgueux, Montauban, Toulouse, Nantes, Saint-Nazaire, Cannes, Puget sur Argens, and Toulon. Rental units range from 1 m² to 100 m², with more than 40 size options available. Rentals are billed monthly and can be as short as a few days; customers choose a centre, select a unit size, request a personalised quote, and gain immediate access to their unit via a personal code, with no notice required to enter. All centres feature video surveillance and fire alarms connected to an emergency response centre, with staff monitoring during opening hours. Access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The company also sells moving boxes and packaging materials, and offers dedicated storage solutions for businesses. Customer support is available Monday to Saturday from 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm by phone, email, and in-person at centres.
