Poppy offers peer-to-peer carsharing for cars and vans in Belgium, with operations in Antwerp and Brussels. Users download the Poppy app, add their driving licence and payment method, then rent vehicles without requiring a subscription. Rentals are priced per kilometre or as packages for longer journeys, with fuel and electric charging included at partner stations and free parking within Poppy zones. Vehicles can be picked up and dropped off anywhere legal within the designated zones.

The service accommodates both spontaneous trips, with reservations available up to 24 hours in advance, and planned journeys through scheduled delivery, available up to one month ahead. Delivery to a chosen location costs €9. Poppy serves airport trips from Brussels, Charleroi, and Antwerp airports. Users can extend rental duration or distance on the app while their trip is active, and driving outside Belgium into neighbouring countries is permitted. The company is registered as Poppy Mobility NV, based in Antwerp.
