VITABRI is a Polish tent manufacturer and rental company based in Częstochowa with over 25 years of experience. The rental fleet comprises express-deploy tent models including the V3 (available in sizes 3×3m, 3×4.5m, 3×6m), the premium V2 (5×5m), and the STARTENT star-shaped tent (ø12m, 9×14m, 12×19m). All tents come with complete installation: frame, roof, walls, guy ropes, pegs, rain gutters, and storage bags. Rental sets also include weights to stabilize the structure. VITABRI rents primarily to event organizers for festivals, weddings, communions, corporate events, and outdoor catering. The company also serves construction sites and technical applications with specialized tent models. Each rental tent comes with delivery to the customer's location anywhere in Poland, professional assembly, and technical support during the event. Disassembly and return transport are included. The company stocks over 300 event tents and offers additional rental items: lighting, heating, flooring, catering furniture (tables and chairs), and loungers. Tents are predominantly white but some black models are available. The company covers assembly typically by 2–3 installers depending on tent size. Early booking is recommended, especially for peak season (May–August), with four to eight weeks suggested for large events and two to four weeks for smaller ones.
