No keys or key cards are required—cars unlock via smartphone in approximately 3 seconds. The service operates 24/7 in 15 European cities (including Amsterdam, Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Madrid, Milan, Munich, Paris, Rome, Vienna, and others) plus 10 North American cities.
