Swapfiets Belgium

Swapfiets offers bicycles and e-bikes on a monthly subscription basis. The fleet includes standard city bikes (Deluxe 7 at €17.40–€20.90 per month) and e-bikes (Power 1 at €64.90, Power 7 at €74.90, and Power Plus cargo e-bike at €139.90 per month). Each bike is marked with Swapfiets' trademark blue band and features antislip tyres, dual locks, and LED lights.

Members can pick up bikes at physical shops in Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Leuven, and other Belgian cities, or request delivery to their home. All repairs and maintenance are included in the monthly fee; if a repair cannot be fixed in-store within 10 minutes, customers receive a replacement bike. The service covers unlimited repairs as well as on-call technician visits booked via the mobile app.

Theft replacement is available: if a bike is stolen while locked with both provided locks, a replacement is supplied after paying a type-dependent surcharge and filing a police report. Subscriptions can be cancelled with one month's notice; loyal members can cancel after six months. The company operates as Swapfiets België BVBA and serves over 280,000 members across Belgium.
